The room included a king size bed. It had amenities I'd expect from a premium room. The outdoor area seemed popular in the evenings.

beautiful room comfortable bed helpful staff
i appreciated the perfect cleanliness of the beautiful king room. the bathroom featured a great shower and a separate bath.. i also found the bed to be super comfortable. the staff members were notably friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
the elevator access to certain areas of the hotel seemed a bit convoluted and not immediately obvious.

inconsistent temperature limited tv channels
the room's climate control proved problematic i found it difficult to regulate the temperature the room felt consistently warm and adjusting the thermostat had little effect also i noted that the selection of tv channels was somewhat limited lacking some of the international news options i typically prefer these issues detracted slightly from an otherwise satisfactory stay

missing slippers limited minibar
The provided slippers were missing from my room. additionally the minibar selection seemed limited. It lacked variety and some of the items listed on the menu were not available. the initial room temperature was also too warm upon arrival. i requested a specific adjustment but it took an extended period to regulate appropriately. the hotel could improve these aspects.

poor room setup unstocked refreshments
the staff were friendly and efficient. the breakfast buffet seemed acceptable.
My room was not made up correctly as i had reserved a twin and a double bed, but the room had two twins instead. i expected better attention to detail. the complimentary refreshments in the room were not well stocked. I was underwhelmed.
